REFUND POLICY

Tuition is due in full to secure your spot in the program of your choice.  Spots are open on a first come, first served basis, so be sure to pre-register ASAP to lock in your child's spot!  Please note that once registered, you have agreed to pay Kerith for her preparation and instruction, and refunds will not be issued except for in extreme circumstances as determined by Rising Stars.  Registering for camp is the same as commiting to it, and canceling a camper's registration can have a negative impact on the program.  We take commitment ​seriously at Rising Stars.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHOLARSHIPS

​Rising Stars strives to give all kids access to our  programs, regardless of their families’ financial situations.  However, our scholarship fund is limited, and we may not be able to award financial assistance to all who apply.  Financial Assistance reduces campers’ tuition fees; it does not eliminate them.  All students’ families will pay something.

Financial Assistance Applications are due no later than 4 days prior to the session starting date.  Late applications will not be considered.
